A. Yes. You are welcome to send our customer service an email to give the detail of your special requirements.
Q. How about the minimum order quantity?
A. Usually our mini order is one style 500pcs.
Q. Could you give me more discount if I would like to place an large order with you?
A. Yes. If your order is large we can give you more discount. We will depend on your order

Q. How to place an order?
A. First: You can e-mail or fax us your order form with products details. After we received your order and confirm all the details we will make the PO and send to you for confirmation. Please feedback to us by your signature with stamp.
Second: Please pay 30% deposit to us by western union or Bank T/T.
After we receive your sign back PO and deposit we will arrange to produce your order.
Third: After finish the products we will inform you and please pay for the balance to us.
After we receive your payment we will send out your goods by express.
Q. Could you let me know the customized process?
A. Sure. Please note our step below:
1. Customer provide the design picture or initial idea with size ,weight,…detail information
2. We will communicate with you for the special style and price
3. After make sure everything customer would pay 30% of the total order amount to us for deposit first.
4. Factory will finish the product depend on the picture there are 3 step below
1) Have a pattern after get the picture
2) Mold
3) Sampling
5. Will provide the finished picture or sample to customer and confirm the delivery date
6. Customer check for the finished picture or sample and confirm. Pay for the balance.
Remark: If customer own the proprietorship of the provide pattern we will guarantee to our customer we will not copy or sell this product anymore .It certainly to keep the “ personal” and “ special” with our customer
Q. How about the leadtime?
A. Usually the delivery time is approx 30 to 40 days. If we have any problem during the produce we will inform you promptly and let us discuss another delivery date. If you have other questions about this issue please contact our customer service by email.
Q. Do your company send free samples?
A. Yes we can send 3-5pcs samples for check the quality before produce. But please pay for the mold fee to us. We will refund it to you when we receive your order. If you are a new customer please provide us about your company organization and full contact details. After receive your mold fee we will make the sample and send to you within 10days. Please note you should bear the shipping cost.
Q. If my choose style/design is from your factory, need I pay the mold fee?
A. You need not to pay for the mold fee if your choose our jewlery. Before produce your goods we can send the sample to you to check the quality and you just need to pay the shipping cost.
Q. How to pay?
A. If your order amount below $1000.00 you can pay us by credit card. If your order amount
over $1000.00 please pay by western union or Bank T/T.
Q. How about the packing?
A. Usually one product one PE bag, we will make sure the safe packing. If you need us to provide special gift or jewelry boxes please purchase with us or you can provide your own packing boxes to us in advance.
Q. What is your shipping method?
A. Usually we will ship the goods by air express such as EMS. Before ship out the goods we
will inform the shipping cost to you. After receive your confirmation we will send out the goods and you should pay for the shipping cost at your side.
Q. Dose the price different for different quantities?
A. Yes.Because different quantities make the production const different. So the price will different. Also different quantity make the const different too.
Q. What kind of stainless steel, titanium and silver you use? Any other material?
A. We use 316L stainless steel and 304 stainless steel in our products. As you know 316L stainless steel is nickel free and best quality. Titanium for TA2 titanium and silver for 925 silver. We also use Copper-nickel alloy plated but finally depend on your choose.
Q. Does the length of bracelet and necklace can be adjustable?
A. Yes, our jewelry are made according to international standard size. But they can be lengthened a little bit depend on your requirements. But please let us know this point when you place an order to us. If they are made much longer than the standard ones the price will be different.
Q. What is the size of ring are available?
A. The ring size we can offer from US size #5 to # 15. The woman's size usually from #5 to #9,and man's size usually from #8 to #15.The price will have a little higher if you request size above #9
Q. What should I do if the goods arrives damaged?
A. If your goods has been damaged when you receive it. Please take a photograph of the damage products to us and let us know the damage quantity. In this case please contact our customer service as promptly as possible. We will deal with your problem depend on your situation.
